"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"Old town was challenge to navigate but hotel a treat to find. Clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated with lots of books & photos. Located across street from park & Black Sea. Balcony with sea view. Continental breakfast good with local foods & fruits. Old town quiet in October - lots closed but fun to explore - walked along sea back to hotel."

I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . "We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...

"Hotel location was good and room had all facilities you could want. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but was fine. 24 hour concierge handy and all requests were efficiently dealt with. Bed and pillows rather hard so if you like a soft pillow I would suggest taking your own "
