"The Kantar hotel is the top 4 floors (floors 7-10) sitting above a hostel (floors 1-6). The elevator is key-fobbed to restrict access between the different guest uses. Quiet, clean, but bare minimum facilities. Rooms, linens, bathrooms were clean. The kitchen/cafeteria offers a free breakfast which I thought was simple but good, and certainly better than the price point would suggest. "We were a family of 5, and stayed at an executive 3-bedroom suite for 8 nights. Pros: large suite Cons: poor room service, poor communications, unskilled staff, low grade/quality food Details: - The staff didn't clean our suite properly. We'd have to literally ask for the simplest things. Once, we ordered breakfast to be brought to our suite. The breakfast leftover was sitting on our table until we got back in the evening. Great Stay
"I was concerned about my stay based on recent reviews about construction noise, but this turned out not to be a problem at all. I asked for a room away from the construction and my room was extremely quiet. The room was large and had a nice bathroom with excellent toiletries. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit, and the service was friendly. The location is great and in a very safe neighborhood. It is right next to the craft market and a quick walk to republic square. I would definitely stay here again."
