"November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! "We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....
