“An excellent hotel, close to the airport but far away from centre”
This is an excellent hotel and an Oasis in the middle of a not so attractive neighbourhood. Very close to the airport therefore convenient for conducting business or catching a connecting flight. A little too far from city centre for my liking.
“The negative reviews are unfounded”
I was sceptical after I read the negative reviews and when my taxi driver told me that nobody goes there, I was expecting a dump. The taxi ride from the airport, on Friday night took forever. However when I got to the hotel, I realized that my misgivings were totally misguided. The staff was pleasant and obliging, the place was sparkling, the food was outstanding and the rooms were comfortable. There were at least 3 free amenities in the room, chocolates, cookies, water and fruit. It was truely 5*. 4 restaurants, swimming pool etc.In the USA more expensive hotels than this have nothing to compare. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The Grand has an ideal location for air travellers being very close to the Delhi airport as well as being near a large shopping mall. The rooms, service and varied food experiences within the hotel makes it an "oasis" that you don't want to leave as it is truely like a "resort" hotel. My wife and I have been staying at the Grand for a number of years and find every stay a wonderful and memorable experience!
“very good indeed”
The standard of service in all areas of the hotel was very high indeed . We used several restaurants in the hotel all of which served excellent food at sensible prices , the nightly buffet being especially good . Our room was well equipped and very comfortable . Any additional needs were dealt with speedily .The hotel was located close to the airport but a good way from the various tourist attractions.

The room, particularly the bathroom, was brand new and excellent quality and design. Food was some of the best I had in hotels in India, and service was impeccable.

Wonderfully kept hotel, close to the airport and a great mall. A little out of town, but also quiet and beautifully kept.

We stayed in the Club room and were thoroughly spoilt by the staff. The priority check in /out service makes you feel special. Their attention to our requests,questions and needs were dealt with efficiently and in one case, they went out of their way to accommodate us.
