The place is average. The door to room stuck really bad. The toilet seat was loose. Bathroom fan was super noisy. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Very nice view of the ocean with easily accessible beach access. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, like we were told they would, so had to go yo the desk at 10:30pm (after long day at festival) to get extra towels.

The rooms where clean nice just wish we where facing ocean next time will make sure where facing the ocean but very clean rooms very keyed back sitting area.

Booked for short Rockville stay. 10/10 has everything you’ll need. 15-20 min drive from venue. The inclusive breakfast came in clutch after a long night. They could have vacuumed my room, so cleanliness was a 3/5. Other than that, it was a good stay! Right on the water!

This is a nice hotel for a good price next to the beach. We visited for Jeep Beach so the parking lot did fill up so people started parking in a lot next to the hotel. The hot breakfast was good. You did have to show a room key to be able to be in there which was a nice way to control who really should partake in the free breakfast. The only thing we got bummed out about was they closed the pool at 8pm and you don't have access to get to the beach from the hotel as well. We had to walk a little ways down and enter the beach from a public access area. That wasn't a deal breaker just little inconvenience. But, in all this would be a place we would stay again.

The door didn’t open all the way. We had to pay a daily parking fee and couldn’t even park in the parking lot 2 nights. Then the front desk lady wanted to argue with me about what is my problem? She said they had an overflow parking which ended up just being a sand lot. Not a lot we should be paying a daily rate to park

Went here for Jeep Beach. Room was big, cool, clean, and comfortable. Quiet after dark. Nice pool and great beach access. Plenty of parking. Expedia and the hotel screwed up my reservation, but the clerk managed to save me. Great place to stay.

Great customer service, enjoyed our stay even during jeep week which was as busier. Have to say being ocean front with a balcony we couldn’t hear the loud music through our door! Beds are pretty hard and pool had lots of sand ( typical for a hotel right near the beach) just didn’t see it getting cleaned often

We stayed in a Oceanfront King Suite... definitely not the nicest "suite" we've stayed in but everything was adequate. The bedroom had a nightstand next to the bed that blocked the walkway into the bathroom giving maybe 12 inches to squeeze through to get into the bathroom. Very odd. The room was clean, the balcony a bit tight and not super comfortable but adequate to watch the many dolphins we saw throughout the day. I saw other reviews mention unclean hallways and roaches and things; I investigated and didn't see any of that. I also saw reviews mention a horrible breakfast lady so we investigated that as well. The breakfast lady was super friendly and did a great job everyday making sure everything was adequately supplied. The only thing I saw was her politely asking people to use tongs and not their fingers which I suppose some people probably get offended by. That's on them not her. Breakfast was pancake machine, scrambled eggs each day, sausage (somedays patties and links), one day biscuits and gravy, coffee and juices, some pastries / bread and some fruit, cereal, milk. overall very good breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance of the hard rock (Sessions is very good to eat at and listen to entertainment) and the other direction there is an oyster bar that we like. We parked the car for our 3 nights and didn't drive anywhere. Great stay, we enjoyed it!

Great view, except for parking lot construction. Great service, very accomodating staff. Convenient location, good breakfast. Convenient parking. Wish beach was handicap accessible; nightmare to navigate a dozen or so steps to access it. Needs better sitting room furniture. Couch uncomfortable, cushions don't cover all of frame, felt board on back of legs sitting down. Arm chairs too narrow made for kid size people. Overall good accomodation reasonable price nice staff, good ocean view and free breakfast.

Ridiculously noisy people . Staff was nice and let us switch rooms but unfortunately didn’t help for long as people are still yelling up and down the hallways at 10 pm and the walls are thin as paper. Will definitely not stay here again .

Right on the beach! You walk through the pool area and you are on the beach. Parking lot is small but there was a spot for everyone. Breakfast area is super small and a little awkward but the food was good.

Property is nice. Wish there was a heated pool but other than that it is a good property. Check in was fantastic. Very polite and kind young lady at front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure every guest that was in front of me and myself was taken care of and treated with outstanding service. First impression of guest services is always the most important part.

Nice place and loved the view of the ocean from our room. Updated room, but hallway carpet was old and worn out. One bed made noise when you moved around on it so hopefully they’ll fix it. Nice staff. Wish they had a restaurant too, but there were some in walking distance like Hard Rock Cafe
