Not sure will I rate this as a 4 star hotel. Hotel itself is located at an excellent location and the architecture is nice…However, the rooms are outdated, you can smell the sewage in the washroom and there are only two outlets next to your bed. My room was located at the very end of the hallway so wifi connections are not that reliable for most of the time. Hotel reception doesn’t seem to be the most professional at treating guests, when checking in I was not being told about common stuff like breakfast time, check out time etc. Also, as a 4 star hotel, I was surprised they don’t offer complementary bottle water daily… they only offer you two bottles of water during your entire stay. For the price I paid, I do not recommend and there should be better options around the area with similar prices.

Overall a good stay in Cusco. Would have preferred if there were greater heating elements around the property. Room was clean, but basic.

AC in room 405 didnt work properly and it was warm in the room. The windows open but too noisy outside to sleep.

Excellent location. Can easily walk the quaint city of Cusco and see local sites and markets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the noise at night when trying to sleep. Constant doors banging all night that kept us awake when staying on first floor. When we returned for another night we had the second floor room and that was much better; still noisy but much less. Restaurant and bar on site with good food and drinks .

The staff is very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing! But the hotel rooms are not at all what you see in the pics. The room is very average and kind of small, every time I opened the window a very strong food smell filled up our room, kind of noisy. But the worse thing was the water pressure, very poor, it went from hot to cold in a second without moving anything. I will not stay here ever again. But I need to recognize that the staff made all the bad stuff much better.

Beautiful hotel that reflects the culture of the region. Most important to us was the care of the staff. We arrived at Cusco feeling the strong impact of the high elevation and the staff has been very caring and attentive. We really appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend if you are traveling to Cusco

Lovely property. We were upgraded to a ground floor room in the old mansion with a spa and it was lovely. Unfortunately due to limited time available we were not able to utilise many of the other facilities in the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Daily water would have been welcome - add a $ to the room rate. A pool would have been great but I realise the location doesn’t allow for that. Breakfast was average. However, excellent value and would recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to the main square and we had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Cusco.

I left a water bottle in the room and it was not there when I returned. However, everything else was great about the the hotel. The greeting with coca tea, breakfast, we didn't have time to use our drink coupon but it was a nice touch and lovely place to have a drink. The location could not have been better and I would definitely stay there again.

It was overall a 4.5. It was in walking distance to shops and the main square. The staff was friendly and catered to our needs when needed. They offer breakfast which is included in your stay. I recommend this hotel

Stayed here few days before and after my trek to MP. Great staff. At night, front doors are closed for extra security. I would recommend hotel again but if your sensitive to noise, the back rooms are close to the club you can here through the night but the views are incredible. Just something to keep in mind.

Very comfortable hotel, fabulous breakfast buffet, people are very helpful. Location wonderful in heart of historic district, many things short walk away. Estrella , waitress in restaurant, went above and beyond.
