"Suite is nicely renovated with everything you need for a short stay. The garden is nice. Our daughter loved the horses, geese and cat that belonged to the property. Since this is a basement suite, the ceilings are lower than normal which was not a problem for me or our daughter but my husband who is quite tall felt a bit claustrophobic at times. But overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time away from home."

"We had a birthday gathering with friends and family over 4 days in September. This was a rare occasion where the photos did not do justice to the place - it was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked, and it was so lovely to have ample room for us to gather together or spread out when we needed space. "We were so happy to find this beautiful rental! Our 2 week stay was so cozy and relaxing. Stunning views with a peaceful atmostphere, we even greeted by some local deer. "This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant. We watched animals, birds, boats, and the occasional sea plane. Thanks for making this spot available!"
