Stephanie was wonderful and made some reservations for us as well as providing turf for our first night when stores were closed. Lovely village!"

We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "We loved everything about the Sea Mist cottage. The location was unbeatable (4-5 minutes from downtown Doolin), unbelievable views (over looking the great Atlantic) and the layout of the house was superb. The main living space was separated from the bedrooms which was awesome for a large group (minimize noise for people sleeping). The bedrooms were incredibly comfy and bathrooms spacious. The entire property was newly renovated and appointed with very nice materials/fixtures. Highly recommend."

Short drive into Doolin for dinner/lunch…both delicious, Russels and McDermotts Pub..recommended! Heading in to property from Lisdoonvarna on the very narrow…essentially single car road..I thought..oh my what have I done..we are truly isolated here, however once we arrived we were relieved to find that Doolin is only an EASY 4 mile drive away. "It was a wonderful place to stay! It was just what we needed with access along the coast. It came stocked with tea and coffee and supplies to cook with. We loved it! So charming!"

"The kitchen was ill-equipped- no cheese grater- and the furniture had strips of veneer hanging off which needed to be glued back on. The beds were hard, and none of the strip lights above the basins worked, making shaving difficult. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was poor. However it was a pleasant enough cottage apart from the niggles."
