Close to everything! They had a slight mix up with our reservation but fixed it right away with no issues. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Lovely family friendly spot in Beaune
Very comfortable and quiet rooms, queen and two single beds for family with teenagers is always more comfortable than the fold out couch option, so we were very happy. Location is great with 3 min walk to centre of town. Secure parking is a bonus as well. Breakfast nice with something for everyone.

Great location right in city center.. i visited early december and parking experience was easy at hotel premisses.. clean room and sorroundings at a moderate price

Overnight stop. Nice, welcoming staff and great room although smaller than I'd imagined. I was led to believe the parking provided would be free but that wasn't the case.

We were dissapointed that there were a lot of building materials laying around the outside the hotel. Our room was big and clean but there was no lights on the 3rd floor landing were the room was. I found it rather sloppy as it was difficult to open room door, had to use torch on the mobile to touch electronic lock properly. Perhaps there should be a message on the listing that the hotel is undergoing building work.

The location is perfect for seeing the town and getting to and from the vineyards. For the price you probably can’t get a better deal.

Rooms are dark as Exterior Window Shutters are permanently closed. Very small TV under the ceiling. Old curtain cover the space where you can only hang the close but no shelfs. Staff is very friendly at the reception.

Located centrally, good access to historical part of town. Air conditioning was a god send in near 40°c heatwave. Slight confusion over bill was quickly and professionally sorted out.

Almost perfect - perfect location.
Check in was incredibly fast and nice. We arrived by car and was welcomed with the key to the room and instruction of how to park - without leaving our car :-) Everything was nice and smooth except for the lady in the breakfast room - she was rude and not service oriented. Covid restrictions must of course be observed - but mistakes can be corrected with charm.

A reasonable choice in Baune
Stayed overnight on our way back to Paris. Good sized rooms, clean, with friendly staff and spacious car park. The hotel also sells local wines that makes sampling local wine more convenient.

Central, spacious and welcoming
Our family of five stayed in two large rooms (2 doubles in each room). The rooms are spacious, clean yet simple - a tv, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. No fridge or kettle or other self catering elements. Of note, breakfast is not in the price so ensure you ask directly or budget for more. We went out for breakfast from the market which is about 300m away and held Wednesday and Saturday. Centrally located within 100m you are into the restaurants, wine bars, tasting centers, etc...

Very convenient location -
The best thing about the room was the air conditioning ! The shower room all worked well and the windows would open if required.The service was excellent in particular the manager who spoke good English and was very helpful ( particularly getting a taxi ). Altogether a well organised place.

The hotel was OK - great location in Beaune but like many hotels in France, the room was smaller than we expected. My main issue however is actually with Expedia. The “deal” was supposedly for a room normally costing £110, reduced to £75 or so. What we actually got was a room costing €89.50 (£78.50) on the hotels standard rack rate - so no deal at all. Very disappointed with Expedia
