The hotel offers a nice breakfast and also has a restaurant with Pizzeria. We ate there every night as the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"

As seen in brochure and all photos of the property they give prominence to the pool, but visiting the place in the last week of June and they tell you the pool is not in use, does not look nice at all. "Classic room was reasonable size and bed comfortable. Had to change from first room due to treatment odour that was extremely strong. Bathrooms are very good but you will likely spend most time by the pool, which is the best feature of the site. Staff are friendly and breakfast good, with nice setting. Stayed one night and spent most of the time outdoors."

"This was definitely not 4 stars, it was 3 star’s experience. I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts. "
