The location was great, I walked from the airport here and it was around 1 hr 30 min. There is a train/metro station right next door that takes you to the airport in 15 minutes. Its not directly next to the station so you don't get the excess noise. The room itself was great and clean, the floors were a little creaky and the walls were pretty thin but that wasn't an issue for me. The shared bathroom wasn't too bad as there was a fair amount of toilets and showers and I never had to wait to use them. Staff were great. You get a lot of bang for your buck here.
Great central location especially for Tivoli, as it’s a couple of mins walk - everything else is no more than 30-40min walk maximum
we were able to check in about an hour early With no problems at all. Rooms are pretty compact but absolutely fine if you’re only there for sleeping - could hear a bit of noise from people walking around upstairs, but not to the level where you couldn’t sleep because of it. Breakfast was good
Overall perfect place to stay for a couple of days visiting Copenhagen
The Go Hotel Saga is perfect for the budget traveler who knows they are not going to spend much time in their room. I only say that because they are on the smaller side. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The beds were European twins (smaller then American twin beds) and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but very clean and had all that you needed. It is close to the meat packing district which has awesome restaurants. It is a block from the Train station which makes it easy to use public transit. We stayed for two days and would definitely stay again.
At this price point, the cleanliness and comfortability was unmatched. Lovely staff — always so helpful and accommodating. Only about a five minute walk from public transportation stations. In a nice, walkable area of town with much to do — bars, cafes, you name it. Highly recommend if you're looking to travel on a budget for a couple of nights!
Property was really noisy especially in the morning before 9am. Cleaners making a loot of noise, it was like they were fighting the hoovers. Not the best for when you are on a holiday.
The 2* hotel, was as described, clean basic en-suite room. contintal Breakfast good quality, good selction. Good location, a good city stay. Friendly staff.
I always enjoy my stays at Saga, even if they are brief. The staff is pleasant and helpful; the facilities are maintained well; everything is spotless; the beds are comfortable. The location near the central train station and Tivoli is perfect but the street is quiet.
Saga is a short walk from the central train station and Tivoli, which is terrifically convenient. It is a relatively no-frills hotel but that doesn't mean it is merely serviceable or that it skimps on anything. I have always found it to be spotless and the staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. It is efficient and clean, with strong WiFi and a nice common area if you wish to sit and have a cup of coffee or drink. It is my go-to when I am in Copenhagen.
A clean, quiet hotel very close to the central station. The room was small but perfectly good, and the shared facilities were clean and not too busy in the mornings. Perfect for a couple of days when you're expecting to be out and about.
Nice and clean rooms. Staff always available and location in the living centre of Copenhagen. Perfect location for tourists in the capital, 2 minutes from central station. Also, luggage lockers and clothes cleaning services available.
This hotel was perfect for our needs - close to the train station and to many awesome restaurants. We also did a lot of walking from the hotel to many of the sightseeing attractions. We would recommend this place to anyone! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Nice hotel in a great location to downtown Copenhagen. Super nice staff good small rooms and excellent breakfast.
Great value for the price you pay for a room.
Always stay here when in Copenhagen.
This was 2nd time we stayed at Saga and we were just as happy this time. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff all spoke English very well. We will definitely come again.
Lovey clean hotel, and staff were very friendly and there always seemed to be someone at reception even in the very early hours which is reassuring. Breakfast is excellent, and is never too busy which is nice. The metro is literally a 10 second walk, very convenient, and is only about a 15 min walk to the centre, so no need to spend money on transport getting to the shops/restaurants! My room was also ready at 10am rather than the expected 4pm which was a lovely surprise after a day of travelling and no sleep!

İt was very located please. But it so noisy hotel. Breakfast and stuff very good
This was perhaps one of the worst hotel stays I have had. My main complaint has to do with cleanliness. There is one toilet and shower per floor (~15 rooms). One of the guests on my floor had diarrhea in the toilet at least twice. In the process, the guest got feces all over the toilet seat. Since I do not want to sit in another persons poop, I complained to the front desk. They said "we cannot be there 24 hrs a day". This is understandable, but perhaps you could have some cleaning supplies on hand for when a guest destroys the toilet?
Additionally, the rooms were incredibly loud due to combination of guests and street noises.
Really bad experience, stayed on 3rd floor with hotel has no lift.
Staff was really unhelpful.

Dear M.,I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. But if stairs are a problem why do you book a hotel without a lift? Under "Important information" it is clearly stated that we do not have a lift.It is a little unfair to blame us for not having a lift when we do what we can to inform about it.A polite advise would be; please spend 2 minutes reading what you actually book next time you book something. In that way you will avoid a lot of trouble and have a better stay.Kind regards
Check in was smooth, rooms were clean and spacious, great dining options around area, very close to Tivoli Amusement Park, and the train station.
Wish the place had a elevator or bell person for luggage, wish they could hold luggage for free, and wish there was more washrooms.
