This is a "hip" style property. You can control the room from an ipad or use the app. You can check-in from a computer screen. I had trouble figuring out how to turn individual lights on and off but I did like the color of the lights functionality and the ability to open and close the blackout curtains. The room is very small but comfortable. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. I preferred sitting in the lobby which is on the top floor.
The thing that I liked most about this hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped me book my train reservations and my concert tickets in a different city. They helped me retrieve a lost item I left on the Metro. They are very multilingual.
The breakfast buffet was great, for a smaller sized hotel, and was fairly priced. The OJ was freshly squeezed, there was smoked salmon, large selection of bread and Danish. I didn't see an ability to get custom egg dishes which would have been nice.
The location is great. you're right in the historic area, shopping, Tivoli, and transportation. You have an easy walk to almost everything.
