"I've traveled around the world, and this is by far the place I've ever stayed! The accommodations were very clean and impressive. The gourmet meals they prepared for breakfast and dinner were always delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the gracious owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. "I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend."

"Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience."
