I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. "Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer.
