Security, a variety of dining options, family friendly, etc. However, if you have a light sleep, it'd be a little hard since there's music until about 2 am (at the disco) and people start working very early. Thus, if they'd invest in room isolation, that would be great. Moreover, I don't recommend leaving your valuables without security. "Upon arrival, the property was not in any condition to be inhabited. There was a giant hole in the wall in which the personnel were installing a window, dirt and dust all over the beds, the WiFi didn’t work, and the receptionist was not there at the time he was supposed to be—and was rude after arriving late. Also, I overheard another guest complaining that the receptionist, who also lived at the property, was acting creepy and following all of the females staying at the property at night....
