The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and full of recommendations, the service was so personalised a major plus of staying in a small hotel. The room was very comfortable, a lovely bed and shower. The hotel is very conveniently located loads of restaurants & shops nearby by and has a nice bar for your afternoon aperol spritz.

Staff were great. Very centrally located. We had no hot water to shower but these things happen I suppose. Would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel, good location, great service
clean, lovely small hotel just off one of the main shopping streets in the old city. Great location, lovely breakfast, modern smart rooms, lovely helpful staff. really enjoyed it.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Como. Our stay included free breakfast which included amazing restaurant quality options. Stayed in Blue Room on ground floor. The room was a good size and it had an outdoor private patio seating area. Might not be the best room for light sleepers as the room is near the restaurant kitchen and storage areas and the noise from staff accessing those areas travels into the room. However if you’re a light sleeper just choose a room on a higher floor and you won’t have a problem. Overall great stay with warm staff and an unbeatable breakfast. Will stay again next time in Lake Como.

This hotel is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Como. The location is perfect, central to everything in Como. The staff is wonderful and attentive to all your needs. The complementary breakfast is excellent and served outside on a nice patio. I can’t say enough great things about this property.

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel- ein super freundliches und engagiertes Team- sehr hübsch eingerichtet- „ nicht von der Stange“ Individuell- Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch !!!!! Mindestens 7 Sterne - wir kommen wieder - es ist u bedingt zu empfehlen als Geheimtipp 😜

Prachtig hotel gelegen in het centrum van Como. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles is tot in detail uitgedacht. Zeker een aanrader als je opzoek bent naar een hotel in het centrum van Como voor een nette prijs!

Cet établissement a beaucoup de classe mais tout en restant simple. Beaucoup de bois et pierres dans la chambre cela lui donne un style très épuré. La literie est très bien. Hyper bien placé en plein centre ville près des magasins et restaurants et le lac est juste derrière à pied.

Obwohl das Hotel sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand auch die Ausstattung (Möbel, Vorhänge, Badeinrichtung, Fußböden etc.) sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll. Man merkt dass da nicht nur irgendwelche Einrichtungsgegenstände zusammengewürfelt wurden. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat (aber das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass das Hotel offenbar noch ganz neu ist) war dass im Zimmer manchmal ein etwas seltsamer Geruch bemerkbar war. Ich glaube das war die Wand- oder Möbelfarbe die noch ausdünstete. Ausserdem war es in dem Zimmer recht dunkel, aber das ist wiederum im Sommer wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, wenn weniger Sonnenlicht in die Zimmer kommt.

Just perfect!
Excellent service and hospitality. Staff was very helpful, friendly and we felt truly welcomed. The rooms were quiet, clean, and nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was in the middle of the old town’s shopping area and restaurants were close by. Everything in walking distance. Breakfast was typically Italian with plenty of cakes, but also fresh orange juice and yoghurt and good coffee selections. We will gladly return, and recommend this hotel to everybody!
