It wasn’t bad, just seemed old and one room close by us the door was open all night anyone could have walked in. It was a good area close to what we needed. The filter on the AC said it needed cleaning. The blanket had a cigarette burn. The room was clean.

Lots of migrant workers using this hotel as they work Jobs in the area. When going to the room a gentleman was clearly living in the hotel had mattresses in the floor, groceries and trash everywhere in the room. He was sitting in doorway smoking marijuana. We literally did not even sit down in room. I went directly back to the office to ask for a refund and was given grief. As I waited to speak with Expedia on the phone to assist more shady individuals were attempting to check in. I had my 84 year old mother with me and she refused to get out of the car for safety reasons. I explained this to the hotel desk clerk and he kept saying only Expedia could approve a refund. It is a motel not a hotel for one. You access rooms from outside, no elevator to get to second floor where they placed us with my 84 year old mother. Horrible place and customer service. Photos are deceptive.

Once we were checked in, everything was perfect. All lights/appliances/AC worked. There were plenty of towels/rags, water was hot, shower drained, and beds waere comfy.
