“Very Nice - New Clean and Comfortable”

Top notch. Room was spacious and well equipped: fridge, microwave, wireless - all the latest Courtyard touches.

“Very nice”

The hotel was very nice and the rooms are beautiful. The kids running up and down the halls until midnight was very rude and uncall for. We are not rich people but like to stay at a nice place and get a good night's sleep.

“Enjoyed my visit”

I was surprised to realize they had put me in a handicap accessible room, but the bathroom was huge, and the room itself was spacious. The bed was comfy and helped me sleep better than I normally do in hotels.

“Impressive cost benefit”

Nice staff, very friendly, good location for college visit, Bennigan's next door convenient when you don't want to drive into a busy downtown area on a Saturday evening for dinner and drinks, and this Courtyard looks very nice - is in the process of renovation which promises additional benefits (restaurant/ breakfast room nect to lobby area). Cleaning of rooms probably needs a little more detailed attention (dust webs at ceiling), and hopefully the bulky tv gets replaced by flat screen. Wireless is free, and Marriott mattrasses are always great, whether it's in a Residence Inn, Courtyard or JW Marriott.
