"This is one of the most beautiful and tranquil hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional, we loved our room and we loved the environs of the hotel. We got the breakfast at the cafe daily and that was also wonderful. I would definitely stay here again, and the neighborhood was ideal for our first time visit to Mexico City - safe, great restaurants and shops, close to parks and a good grocery store. "

"When we arrived, I was told at the desk that there was no reservation for us. Then he checked again after I said it was paid for and verified. That was a little frightening and off putting. The hotel itself was lovely, full of antiques and art. There is construction ongoing behind the hotel which is very loud and makes it difficult to get a good night's rest. I love the Roma Norte area which offers lots of great places to eat and have cocktails but would recommend checking to see if construction...

"There was a lot of construction going on when we were there, so hard to judge some aspects. The reception people were exceptionally nice and helpful. Great location. Our room was more a suite, with a separate room with kitchenette and dining/seating area."
