Our premium room had a small balcony but just overlooking the street no view in essence). The room was clean and of a good size but it came with a regular double bed with a mattress in needs of replacement. There is room to put a queen size bed and that is one would expect for a premium room! The size of the bathroom was small. The insulation between rooms is deficient, one can hear conversations and/or tv shows. Next to our room, there was a courtesy washroom that other patrons would use at night and others to do their morning routine. Again we could hear everything. Those courtesy washrooms should be open from 9am to 9pm and ket locked outside those hours. The staff (except for a friendly bearded man whose name escapes me) has long forgotten that greeting clients with a smile is the norm in the tourism sector. We left after spending 4 nights there without being ever thanked for our business. A case of infatuation and arrogance?!? Other small boutique hotels in the neighborhood would be worth looking at.
