Dude, there's a hole in the bathroom ceiling! Major leaking damage, water puddles everywhere. Trash in the halls. No ice machines that work(or are clean). I punched my foot on the exposed tack strip going into the bathroom. Cigarette burns everywhere in the "non smoking" room. And the whole place Smelled like a $2 had station cigar. I just needed a rack and a shower for my work trip, but don't expect much more than that. Felt like a crime scene

Was absolutely disgusting. There was so much damage. Cigarette burns looked like blood on the walls, broken places throughout the room, dirty bedding, dirty floor, dirty corners like there was drugs underneath of the bed horrible experience.

Exhausted when i got in. Didn't check thoughly. In morning took pics of blood on windows walls. Boards on windows Hole-in-the-wall light switch stuck on. Did not feel safe. Got there super late wife in Cleveland Clinic. Just needed pl!ce to sleep. Bed was comfortable and new.

The room was dirty with 2 tiny pillows and no blanket. The tub had black spots all over it and was not usable. I had to wash up at the sink. Someone set off the fire alarm and it took 10 min of listening to a siren before it was resolved. The ice maker on the first floor was broke and we had to climb 2 flights to get ice. The smell in the hallways upstairs was unbearable!!! Dont know what it was but it was nasry. The bed although comfortable squeaked everytime you moved. Needless to say i will not be back.

I would not recommend this to the homeless, and I’ve had my ups and downs so no I’m not trying be funny! This is one of the most disrespectful dirty, like the tub was dirty the sheets was dirty. They moved us to a room with no microwave no fridge like stated in their accommodations. Staff was rude when I asked them why is it so dirty I just got my money back and left!

None of the amenities listed are available. There were holes punched in the wall, the windows were screwed shut, and the toilet plumbing didn’t work. I didn’t dare step into the shower. The bed wasn’t clean. Clearly a crime and drug users spot, immediately felt very unsafe. Stayed for less than 30 minutes, only perk is we got an immediate refund. I would run.

I booked this property due to location and price. But you get what you pay for. I booked 2 rooms for a friend and myself. We weren't looking for fancy, just a place to stay. My room was fair and had all the basics and even a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable but only has basically a sheet to sleep under. The "comforter was very thin and provided no warmth and there were no extra blankets. My friend's room was god-awful. Sheets were dirty and stained, towels smelled of cigarette smoke, and the sitting chair was old and torn. Also, there was some sort of animal feces in the corner of the stairwell. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms but when I got home all of my clothes (even clean ones) smelled of cigarette smoke.

Staff was unfriendly. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Went to the front desk and asked for a roll. The guy said at the front desk said he's busy and to come back later while he's just playing on his cell phone. Our room was so dirty!! There was empty alcohol bottles on top of the wardrobe, a metal spoon over the chair cushion, under the mattress there were food crumbs and the pillows had sweat stains on them. There were multiple more problems with the room!

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Disgusting rooms, broken glass and furniture, scummy tub, holes in the walls, stains on the sheets, no one cleaned the floors or walls beforehand, and there is no tissue paper. The first room they placed us in had no lights, no mini fridge, and was a labyrinth to get to. They gave us a new room that was closer and at least had a lightbulb but i was genuinely disgusted by this experiece. There were also screaming kids in a room nearby. Worst money ive ever spent.

The windows on the second d floor of the building were boarded up. I walk in the building to check in and the smell of marijuana is abundant. The carpet of the room was stained and dirty, holes in the doors, carpet around edged are frayed, the heat in the room couldn’t be controlled, it was way too hot!! Light switch cover cracked and part missing, the smell of marijuana over powering. I won’t be staying her or recommending this hotel to anyone

This property should be closed, second floor is closed off by yellow tape, broken glass all around exterior. Out room has holes in the wall, broken glass in picture frame, the toilet was loose and wobbled, there were dirty towels hanging on the back of our bathroom door from previous guests,a half empty water bottle left on bathroom floor. Make sure to check pictures and call for accurate answers! This place was terrible!!! I would not recommend anyone staying here at ALL. I called because I was told by a family member that there was construction going on and when I called the front desk I was told there was no construction going on until arriving to the place and find out that one side of the hotel was in construction and the other side was still in operation. I did not like that the rooms weren’t decently clean. The bathroom did not look decent at all: there was weed buds on the floor in our room and probably on our bed under our sheets, tables, etc were very dusty, luckily I brought cleaning products because that is what I bring anytime going to any hotel. The bed was not clean and I requested for another room only to be told that all the rooms on the first floor were booked and they used a comforter to cover what appears to be either weed buds, patches of dead skin or something very weird. Honestly this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I stayed at way better hotels that were affordable and more clean! Again, please read all reviews and make sure to ask plenty of questions when you call. Even though me and my family went to this place on a weekend the fact that the area was sketchy basically said enough and at night you have to really find the street because it’s kind of hidden off. Another too, this hotel did not offer breakfast nor did they let us know about any breakfast times! Do not waste your $

I feel like back in the day, this was a very nice place. But the pictures are not representative of the facilities. The lobby and public spaces were not bad but the room was not good. It seems like over the years, stealing was an issue…so they stopped fixing things….no light bulbs in certain lamps, no tissues, and no extra blanket. It was dirty as well. I showered in my crocs

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Walking in there was construction everywhere which closed the pool and breakfast bar. In the room were stains on the carpet and bed sheets, holes in the wall and our window was cracked from corner to corner. There were also roaches crawling on the walls and doors which I showed pictures of. When trying to make a complaint to the front desk, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. It was a very bad stay and will not be going back or recommending to others.
