It was great being minutes away from Clearwater beach as well! So if you’re looking for a rental that’s kid friendly, this one is it! "I chose the property as they allowed dogs and from that perspective it did not disappoint. There was a fenced yard with an outdoor dining table and a fire pit. The decor was nice—very beach-y. On a less positive note, there was only 1 bathroom for a house advertised as sleeping 6, and no indoor dining area. Fortunately we had good weather, so made use of the outdoor table."

"We enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is very clean and cosy. The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, dishes and pans which make cooking easy. Beach chairs were a bonus! The only suggestions from me would be: 1) to somehow install an exterior fan in the bathroom and 2) provide a dehumidifier as the inside humidity is very high. "

"We had three families stay in the house over spring break. There are multiple bedrooms and tons of space so there was never any crowding or uncomfortableness. Worked out perfect to have the teens on one wing of the house since they were up late every night. Pool and hot tub area is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby while being in a quiet neighborhood. The home really did have everything you needed to be comfortable…multiple refrigerators, tv’s, pool table, grill, etc....
