"Very clean, walking distance to the beach, and provides beach towels. A bit dated, but well maintained."

I called the front desk to let them know about the issues and they sent someone up to take a look at it. After they took a look at it, and sent House Cleaner up to the room who wanted to know what I needed. So much for communication.
