I liked the flooring instead of carpeting. It makes the room fresh and free of any telltale remnants of past occupants.

While the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, the floor was sticky in spots. There was no shower curtain on the shower in the bathroom and there was about a quarter inch gap around the door and the door frame that you could see right thru that make it feel unsafe. You could also hear what was going on outside very clearly making it hard to sleep.
