Overall my stay was comfortable & clean. Food service wasn’t so great my hamburger was extremely salty, the fruit wasn’t so tasty. Front desk we’re friendly but they seemed all over the place.

Hotel is good, but every time the price of the long term parking is different. This is our last time in the hotel and we’ve been coming here since 2016. Also, the room we got the phone doesn’t work, the bathroom faucet it’s broken.

Property needs updating. Underground parking is terrible, only for smaller cars. Very easy to get boxed in and then what? No complimentary coffee, you have to fight the restaurant for a to go cup. No other hotel I have stayed in in over 20 years does not have complimentary coffee. Wow!

First time staying here and out family enjoyed our stay. Staff is nice and friendly. We had an issue with the heater and when I called they immediately sent someone up to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The hotel is nice however not worth the price, it's looks very upper end but is old and in need of up keep, flooring is raising, cracks in the walls,lots of scratches on the doors, furnishings old and worn...for my two cents if you're staying in Juarez Chihuahua, go to the Gamma instead.

Our room was dirty. My pillow still had makeup residue from the previous person that slept there. There was long black hair in the bathroom, and the room smelled like sweaty armpits. The property was run down and the hotel parking is under the hotel garage. You have to take stairs from the garage to the lobby so if you are carrying luggage or kids it’s very difficult.

Safe and quiet location, rooms are in very good maintained conditions, no carpet that for me is a plus. Staff is very helpful, polite and respectful of you and your property. We love the room service options and service, food in the restaurant is fresh and lots of mexican options. There may be other newer options, but this hotel staff, has decades of experience and obviously know how to serve better.

La propiedad esta vieja y descuidada, los cuartos estan muy simples y los baños estan super basicos... se nota que no le han metido nada de remodelacion desde hace mucho tiempo. Para el precio, no es recomendable, puedes pagar un poquito mas y hay muchos mejores hoteles al rededor. La limpieza estaba bien.
