The reservation booked with Expedia did not transfer over to the front desk. We were given a room that was not as booked and had to request a change which staff did promptly. We did not get our room serviced because we did not put the card on the door. This should have been highlighted to us at check in.

Not sure if the rooms vary, but the king "suite" we had was awful. Reeked of cigarettes (especially the furniture and drapes), in need of a deep clean and really in need of renovation. Pics online are very deceiving. Once you look closely it's dated, dirty, and the whole hotel smells of cooking food. Booked 2 nights, left after 1.

The stay at this hotel was great as usual however it took over 25 minutes to get checked into the room due to low staff. Other than that it was a great stay.

Building was under renovation, and there was quite a mess throughout the hallways. Unit that we stayed in was not particularly clean, had a weird smell. The staff at the front counter seem like they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing, and did not provide the best service upon check in

Easy check in, booked by Expêdia, polite staff, very nice suite, clean and comfortable, slept well on king size bed, bathroom sparkling clean, didn't use kitchen, but it was well stocked with glasses, dishes, mugs, pots, pans etc. A bit out of the way, but worth the detour from the Trans Canada. Dennys close by and open all night! Good value too.

All vending machines not working....manager should have gone to SuperStore across the street and bought bottles water for guests to put in their room refrigerator's. The temperature was very hot.....this caused discomfort to us. Air conditioning was very poor, needs to be upgraded desperately. Room was dated and in shabby condition, bathroom bathtub was a disgrace, not clean and in damaged condition.
