“One of The Best Hotel Schaumburg area”

“Terrific hotel with a great location for those flying into the area”

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is clean, breakfast has a variety of offerings ( fruit, pancakes, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs pastry, yogurt, juice etc) >It also has coffee and tea and fruit available all the time. The staff at the desk could not be more helpful...directions, places to eat, things to do....The rooms are quite large and free wifi is available. There is a business center for computer use and printing things. Another great perk is the proximity to O'Hare...20 minutes in good traffic! I will definitely consider staying here again.

“Best Deal Around”

Our room included a breakfast buffet which was great -- eggs, meat, fruit, waffles, cereal, you name it! Close to shopping and the highways without being in the middle of the congestion. Comfortable beds.

“Very Nice Hotel - Very Clean and Like New”

Our only issue was the lack of a pool. There was a hot tub with luke warm water - but we missed that it did not have a pool for our kids. Next time we will look for a location with a pool. Other than that - the place was very nice - very clean. Good Location - Central to all our needs.

“'PERFECT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE'”

This hotel was close to shopping. The front desk was very helpful with any directions we needed. My only frustration was the location of vending machines and lack of water in them! Would stay again!

“super comfortable bed”

Very nice hotel. Everyone was very nice. Had an ok breakfast as far as free breakfasts go. This hotel is very close to the woodfield mall, IKEA, and Portillos hot dogs all big reasons we chose this hotel.

“Will go back again”

Was a nice hotel to stay in. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. Very helpful staff. Continental breakfast was more than just toast or muffins like some hotels. This breakfast was a wide variety of items. Very satisfied. Nice and close to IKEA and Woodfield mall. I will definitely stay here again.

“GREAT hotel, great price, great experience -- we will always stay here”

We have stayed here 4 times on two trips to Michigan and will continue to come back. Patrick the front-desk manager is THE MAN. Friendly, helpful, top notch. He should be promoted to a position teaching others how to deliver outstanding service. Example: after I told him we were heading out to dinner, Patrick set aside a half a plate of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies for my family for our dessert after we returned. Simple, yes, but who does that for you for less than $500 a night? By the way, if you like Japanese food, you will LOVE Nobu's restaurant across the street in the strip mall. It looks unassuming, but it's excellent.
