“Nice atmosphere!”
The staff was MORE than helpful, the room was clean and roomy, breakfast great, beds very comfortable. Quiet location and nice atmosphere. We enjoyed our 2 day stay and would return. Highly recommend it.
“Staybridge is great”
I have stayed at Staybridge Suites hotels many times, usually on business. It has every amenity that I appreciate...plus a great breakfast. I would stay in a Staybridge again, and I do recommend the chain to others.
“Great hotel!!”
This hotel was even better than I expected!! The little extras, free welcome recepyion, popcorn in the room, the extreem cleanliness of the whole room, but fridge, dishwasher & microwave, were what really put this hotel over the top! I would absolutely recommend it. Nice, clean place to stay. We booked this hotel for a romantic getaway, & were very pleased.
“Fantastic”
Fantastic place. I travel 40 weeks a year and this might be one of the nicest places I'll stay all year. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally friendly staff and half the price of ''major'' hotels nearby. Highly reccomded for anyone in the area for business or just getting away. Hidden in a corner but close to malls, restaurants, etc.
“Hotel to stay at”
Everything was good in this hotel. Cleanliness, comfort everything was very good. Complementary breakfast was good. Staff was very co-operative. Easy check-in and check-out process. Free parking.
“Will definitely go back!”
We are travellers from Winnipeg, Manitoba. We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. The hotel was spectacular and reasonable. Breakfasts were varied and extremely healthy. On Tuesdays to Thursdays there was a reception which included wine and h'doerves. The hotel staff was most friendly. What a pleasant experience. We will come back!
“I always stay here when in Chicago”
I've stayed at this hotel several times while in Chicago. The hotel is clean and I've never had the feeling that the staff skimped on cleaning the room. The prices are always great. However, if you are looking to be pampered you will be sorely disappointed. Outside of the breakfast, exercise room there are no extras. Even though the staff was friendly, getting anything from them outside of clean towels pretty much won't happen. The last time I stayed the wireless internet service didn't work and elevator didn't work one night. I asked about both and was told that they were fine. While I've never worked on an elevator before, I have spent the last 20 years of my life as a network administrator. So who knows what was going on with the elevator, but the internet connection was dead as a doornail the 4 nights I was there. Also it is best to have a car when staying here (although parking in the lot will be a challenge since it was full every night we were there). There is nothing near the hotel. Also beware of all the toll roads that surround the area. There is one freeway, and the regular streets. Everything else has unattended tollbooths. My GPS went nuts trying to route me around after I told it to avoid toll roads. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting Chicago.
“Fantastic Place”
When staying at an "extended stay" type hotels, I've come to expect pretty bare bones accommodations. However, this hotel was delightfully equipped a with nice hair dryer, new iron, extra pillows (both foam and down), and a nicely stocked kitchen. Best of all was the wonderful free breakfast in the morning complete with oatmeal (with all the fixins), waffles, eggs, cereals, yogurts, muffins, coffee cake, fruit, bagels, you name it. This is a great place to stay!!!
“I would return and recommend to others.”
The Suite was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Hotel though tucked away in a somewhat secluded area was conveniently located to shopping and dinning. The staff was also very cordial.
“Great service and amentities.”
I attended a conference in Chicago that was at another hotel but it was too expensive and did not offer any additional accommodations which is very important when I am looking for a hotel. I had shuttle service to the conference hotel for free. They also took me to the local grocery store so that I could get some groceries. The room was great. I tried to find a Staybridge in State College Pa. for my sons' wedding but sadly there was none. I can assure you that anytime I have an opportunity to use Staybridge I will. Thanks!
