Worth the price, I would stay again rooms were clean beds were comfy, although it didn’t come with a comforter only sheets and a thin soft blanket. The toilet wasn’t really cleaned had to myself but no big deal. Nice little kitchen good tv channels. And great customer service

The stay was outstanding! However, afterwards, I was assessed an extra $252.50 by mistake. When I talked with the manager, Ashley, on the phone, she acknowledged that they had made a mistake and she would get the money back to me. This caused my bank account to be shorted and now I have bounced checks.

Nice but not friendly
it was fine expect that you had to ask for maid once a week and the elevator went out and they had most people on the 3rd floor and did not seem to be very concerned about fixing it for 2 days. My card keep going out and the staff was not that nice on top of the fact that you they made sure you knew you could only stay 28 days or at least that was what I was told several time. Also always smelt like smoke of serveral kinds,

Extended stay in Hoffman estates
It was a three star extended stay hotel. I got the room at a decent price for one night. For the price, the room was perfect. Appliances were working well. It was clean and well maintained. My phone call to the reception was answered quickly and dealt with politely. All good experience.

Stayed here briefly last year. Overall one of the better extended stay properties. Conveniently they actually provide cookware, plates and silverware in the rooms.

This place was horrible, with no customer service and no one at the front desk. I arrived in the early morning of November 4 and knocked for 40 minutes before someone appeared; the front desk guy was just sleeping. I later found out that my booking was cancelled because I had arrived on the morning of November 4, even though I intentionally booked it from November 3 to avoid waiting for the 3 pm check-in time on November 4. However, they cancelled my booking since I didn't arrive on November 3. When I inquired how it was possible to get a room if my flight landed at 5 am and the check-in time was at 3 pm, and I couldn't start booking a day earlier, he said he didn't know and that nobody could help because management would be there on Monday. Then he said he had to go home, left, and there was no one at the front desk. When I reached out to Expedia, they tried to call the front desk, but there was no one, so I had to find another place to stay. This place still doesn't want to give a refund for the cancellation made on their end. They could not care less about their customers; avoid this place by all means. This level of disregard for customer welfare is unacceptable, and I am exploring legal options for redress, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and seeking legal counsel for potential breach of contract.

The place smelled like burn ramen noodles and was not cleaned. There was still coffee grounds in the coffee maker and dust was caked in the ac vents. Our card keys kept deactivating every time we left the room

No frills is putting it mildly.
You get what you pay for. I had two tvs in my room. Neither had a remote. The edging around the table was starting to peel off and scratched me. There were no extra linens for pull out couch. Toilet overflowed and no one was at front desk for like 15 minutes. The one upside is the bed was comfortable. I would think twice before staying here.

Nice but could use some work.
Room was clean and orderly, only complaint was sink and shower drains were really super slow to drain. Did not really enjoy standing in 6 inches of water while showering.

Where do I even start. We walk into the hotel and the smell of mold and dirtiness hit me. As we walked through the hallways we noticed bleach stains at the entrances of every room. We walk into our room and it looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. All the dishes were in the dishwasher STILL DIRTY there were crumbs on the floor, a broken office chair. A very unlevel “dining table” this is one of those places that you don’t take your shoes off. We look at the couch and there are stains all over it. It took a while to even want to sit on it. There was mold growing in the ac vent. Our two tvs shared a remote and we only got 10 channels. Moving onto the master bedroom I pull the blanket back and there are bugs crawling around on my bed. The ac vent was falling off the wall, all the lamp fixtures were stained and about to fall off the wall. Our shower had no shower curtain and the front desk said they didn’t have one. The floor tiles were coming up and there was hair piled up in the floor. We were told that we had a pullout bed, more like a pullout plank. The front desk wouldn’t give us any more pillows. So me and my friend each only had 1 pillow. We wanted to get away from the smell to we went out to the seating area outside and there was a man sitting there smoking weed and cigarettes so we had to go back in. All in all this place definitely made us laugh but was definitely gross. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 20 to stay at a different hotel in the area.

First Our room smelled musty the min from when we opened the door on the first day to when we left tried air fresheners but didn’t work only for a little bit it’s a pet friendly hotel most likely just the smell of dog pee or something didn’t bother us fully second we couldn’t fine the remote for our bedroom T.V but last day we found it under the bed we first got in there we saw two Bobby bins but besides that it’s was a good stay staff was very nice people there were nice would recommend for people that aren’t too picky about things like us
