The last two times I stayed there, no problem. This time… experience was so bad I won’t return. Paid double the price I did this time hoping I would get a better room. Nope, tv didn’t work, water didn’t work in the room. Had some guy yelling in the hallway at 4am using inappropriate language shouting “shut the f*** up” waking me and my daughter up. Had cop lights coming through my window and the shade didn’t work so that was nice to see for about 30 minutes at 5am. She felt unsafe so I stayed up and then when I talked to the front desk, they said they couldn’t put me in a new room because they were full. When I asked for my refund they refused because I paid through here. What a waste of money. I’m either never using Expedia again or never staying there again if I don’t get my money back. How do people get away with treating their customers like this??? Definitely not happy…
