The property needs an upgrade (in terms of technology accommodation, such as USB port availability, etc.) Some parts of the room look outdated.
The female check-in counter person didn't seem to have much energy and I've got the impression she didn't want to be there (i.e., didn't seem to enjoy her job).

This hotel seems to be relying on its monopoly position as the only hotel directly connected to the airport to charge high prices for convenience while failing to upgrade the facility. Dated rooms, fixtures, and bathrooms. Hotels that we have stayed in by shuttle are far more modern and less costly.

Furnishings appear dated.
We also asked for more coffee packets and after 2 1/2" hours and nothing, we called again. After 1/2 hour receive 2 packets. That's it. No cream but should have asked for it.

This hotel is perfect for a stay before and/or after a flight from O’Hare airport. You would definitely not stay here for a vacation as leaving the property is difficult and not near anything but it’s serves its purpose perfectly for an airport hotel that you can walk right to the airport, no shuttle necessary

We were diverted to Chicago and our connecting flight wasn’t until 5:30 the next morning. I did NOT want to spend the night in airport. So glad there was a clean, comfortable and quiet room for us last night. Love that the hotel is literally on the airport campus and we didn’t have to leave.

The room (and the rooms of my coworkers) had a terrible urine-like smell. These rooms are located in the 8th floor. The staff was willing to change me to a different room but the available rooms had the same odor.

Great hotel. Really enjoyed my time. Only bit of feedback is that my room only had small garbage bins without garbage bag liners. Small, thing. Overall cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Checked into the room it was 80°. Called customer service they sent up an engineer and he said there was nothing he could do I should just open a window. Are you kidding?? And this is Hilton?
