“Quiet, Courteous, Comfortable.”

Stayed at this hotel after a concert at Tweeter Center. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff members were very courteous. The cookie at check-in was delicious. Very nice place for the price!

Very comfortable room. Reserved a room with a king size bed, but got a room with 2 double beds. Was given a free breakfast for compensation. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff was friendly and courteous. The food was great and the coffee was hot! I would definitely recommend this hotel. When I mentioned where I was staying to local relatives, they had a high opinion of the hotel as well. Well done!

“Nice hotel, would stay there again.”

Very clean with nice bar and friendly people. Expected it to be a closer to the Midway airport than maps showed (20 minutes South). Wireless connections only in hotel lobby.

“Great Stay!”

Great experience at the Doubletree. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The cleaning ladies were always available and did a great job leaving the room as it was but cleaning what needed to be taken care of. Great location to be out of the city but still easy enough to get downtown without long of a drive. The fitness center was also one of the best center's I have seen in a hotel.

“Reccomend”

Great stay. The staff was friendly, and whole facility was in great condition. The restaurant was great as well. I would watch out for the shuttle service availability if you stay the weekend of a wedding though. We got to Midway Orange line, but were left to take a cab back on return, because the shuttle was booked for the weddings. We were not told that until we arrived back at Midway, so $25 later, we were finally back at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend.

“Nice hotel in a perfect location to visit family in the South Suburbs.”

We have stayed at the Doubletree Alsip twice now. We stayed for Thannksgiving two years in a row. We love the location because we have family in nearby suburbs. This is by far the nicest hotel in the area. We have especially enjoyed the breakfast, it is delicious!

“Best hotel in the area”

Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and the location is close to Oaklawn, our destination. I will always use this hotel whenever I visit family in Oaklawn.

“Might go back”

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The staff on the floor were also very friendly and courteous. The ambiance music in the lobby and first floor was too rocky and loud for me. It cheapened my first impression. Much better to have light jazz or classical. We did not eat at the restaurant because it was too expensive for our budget.
