“Location Location Location”

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We did not have to take a cab anywhere. Shopping was right outside the front door...literally. Dining was also within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. The room was small, but expected.

“Very Comfortable Accommodations”

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and great amenities. The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable I had anywhere.

“Lovely Hotel”

During our recent stay at the Marriott on the Magnificient Mile the room was large and spacious. When we experienced a problem with the toilet upon arrival, a plumber was sent to the room within the hour. After that, there were no other problems with the room. The day concierge was a delightful, helpful staff member who provided maps and directions that were easy to follow. We just loved Chicago-it has so many sights and attractions and the Marriotts location was perfect-walking distance to the Hancock Building, shopping and convenient transit.

“Cant wait to go back”

This is an outstanding hotel right in the middle of downtown Chicago. We will always stay here and look forward to going back as soon as possible.

“Repeat Stay Better than Before”

This was our first stay since the renovation, and there were definite improvements in the lobby and rooms. There was very little wait for the elevators compared to what we have experienced in the past. Staff is professional. Only one suggestion - it would be nice to have a small refrigerator in room.

“Great All Around”

I was extremely satisified with my recent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We had car trouble and they made it very easy for us to check in at a leter time. The breakfast buffet was conveinant and they had a great selection. Not once did we have any noise issues. I barely recall even seeing other guests in the halls. I will suggest if at all possible to avoid going anywhere near checkout time. The elevators were very slow and we waited through 4 full ones before finding one that could accomodate us.

“Will stay there again”

The hotel was very comfortable. I appreciated the black out curtains in my room, making it truly dark and great for sleeping. The bar in the lobby was lively with a good mix of people. The concerge wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected, but the door captain was a wealth of helpful information. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go! The staff was friendly and helpful.

“great room with a view”

room was small but very comfortable. service was excellent. 24 hour gym was a rare perk. upon arrival, i requested a room with a view. i had a great night's sleep on the 45th floor overlooking the city. many things to do and see within a few blocks. room service was very good and breakfast showed up fresh and on-time.

“Definately would go back!!!!”

The hotel was pretty good very clean, the staff was very accomodating. The rooms are really small but we never had to take a cab anywhere, everything was just outside the doors which was fantastic.
