Beautiful chateau. Quiet, clean. Huge rooms and lovely farm style breakfast. Close to a town with wonderful restaurants and very close to visit wineries

Great Week End break
A very peaceful place to disconnect from the busy business world. Beautiful chateau full of history. In winter great wood fire chimney next to the breakfast room. Nice breakfast. Will come back. Within minutes from many famous villages of cote de Beaune for wine lovers.

Accueil à revoir. Le reste, pas de problème
On va commencer par le début : l'accueil, inexistant. Alors qu'on peut arriver entre 15h et 18h, on nous appelé avant midi pour connaître notre heure exacte d'arrivée. Ensuite, on nous a mis dans un groupe WhatsApp (encore faut-il avoir WhatsApp) pour nous envoyer une vidéo nous montrant l'accès à la chambre. Et on nous a demandé de bien confirmer notre horaire en envoyant un message via le groupe 30 minutes avant d'arriver. Enfin, on nous a informés qu'il n'y aurait personne à l'arrivée puisque occupé en dégustation. Se référer à la vidéo pour monter en chambre. En arrivant, on a bien croisé une jeune personne, qui nous a rappelé qu'elle était en dégustation avec des clients, qu'on devait monter tout seuls, et qu'elle serait disponible pour toute question... via WhatsApp ! Bon, on a fini par trouver la chambre. La suite est plus normale. La chambre Pourpre était spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le cadre était agréable, même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur à cause du temps. L’établissement était calme et la nuit reposante. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant au regard de l'inclusion de son tarif dans le prix de la chambre. En définitive, le séjour est globalement positif, mais l'accueil reste à repenser complètement. Nous n’irons donc pas jusqu'à recommander l’établissement. PS : on n'a pas trop aimé l'odeur de la savonnette... qui ne reste d'ailleurs pas pratique pour se laver les cheveux.

Bonjour Julie, Je vous remercie pour votre retour constructif qui nous permet de nous améliorer. Je comprend votre déception quand à cet accueil. Ce jour-là nous étions en effectif réduit, ce qui explique la non disponibilité de Clothilde lors de votre arrivée. Elle vous a cependant proposé de vous accompagner dans votre chambre à votre arrivée, vous lui avez répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problèmes. Je suis ravi que le cadre et la chambre vous ai plu. Quant à nos produits, nous les choisissons les plus naturels possibles, c'est un savon de Marseille de très bonne qualité. Je vous souhaite une bonne journée

Disappointing 2nd visit
We are dissatisfied with our 2nd visit of this property. We deliberately choose the chateau because the presence of a restaurant, although they even sent us the contact details of the on site restaurant the day before, the restaurant was closed for a long winter break abruptly (without stating it on the website or hotels.com, on the contrary, even today it still says online that the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Friday). As there are no other restaurants close by, this is very inconvenient. Besides we let them know, a few weeks upfront, we were travelling with a kid of 2 years old, there was no baby cot in the room (only a little bed for a baby up till 6 months). They told us the usual baby bed is with Armand and he is om holidays, after much insistence from us, a crib without sheets or blankets was provided. Luckily we brought a sheet ourselves. Last but not least, after 18.00 there is no one at the castle anymore. Just us and other (luckily friendly and decent) guests. There are no contactdetails whom to call or whatsever in case of questions or urgent marters. I have no idea what the priorities are in this small hotel, but guest satisfaction is not one of them.

Hello Dirk, I am sorry about this disagreement about the baby bed I was indeed in trouble finding one adapted to your child. We decided this week to buy a new one to avoid this type of disagreement. We normally create a whatsapp group with guest like we did the first time you came to stay in communication if necessay, I hadn't have time to create it this day. We are a small structure and can't have a person who stays at the reception at evening. I am sorry again for your review !

Très belle étape pour nous deux.
Très agréable ,bien dormi au calme Petit déjeuner correct, literie nickel, bien accueilli aussi, et le top réserver le repas du soir au château, houa très bonne qualité avec des prix très raisonnable. Franchement on reviendra.a bientôt Merci Armand Heitz.

Ein tolles Chateau mit wunderschönen Zimmern. Eine Auswahl an selbst hergestellten Produkten. Ein Minuspunkt ist lediglich, dass es nur ein Wc für einen ganzen Flur gibt. Aber ansonsten einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Magnifique séjour dans une propriété très calme et aux alentours verdoyants. Le seul bémol : le WC ne se trouvait pas dans la chambre et il fallait sortir de cette dernière et faire quelques mètres dans le corridor.

sejour très agréable. Lieu paradisiaque. Réception de qualité et sympathique. La chambre est très conviviale et la literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner fantastique dans une belle salle du chateau. Je recommande ce lieu qui apporte joie et sérénité. Les moutons et le chien qui est venu me saluer sont aussi de la partie.

We have had a wonderful stay at the chateau. The whole is very charmingly decorated. And you can can take a nice walk around the state. We had a nice dinner on a friday night at the restaurant of the chateau. Very convenient. There are a few communal areas, excellent when you put your kid to sleep in the room and can relax in the adjacent room on the sofa. Some points of attention: 1) some rooms have a shared toilet in the corridor. 2) the breakfast is very basic, doesn't look like the breakfast in the advertised photos at all.

Specielt og spændende slots oplevelse
Det var en fantastisk oplevelse at bo i det smukke gamle slot. Kæmpe store værelser, smukt indrettet, dejligt badeværelse dog uden toilet der var på gangen. Temperaturen på værelset var 14 grader, lidt koldt til ophold men ok til søvn. Opholdarealer var fantastisk! Autentisk, smukt og hyggeligt. Dejlig morgenmad med gårdens gode produkter og hjemmebag.
