The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is right in between Charlottesville and Shenandoah National Park.

Among the worst hotels I have stayed in. At times no one employed by the hotel at the front desk, no one to answer phone. In the 3 nights we stayed our room was not serviced even once despite repeated complaints. Such a shame. It’s a fairly new facility completely ruined by bad management.

We really enjoyed the breakfast n the great cooks! The team behind the front desk were wonderful, cheerful, n very polite. Always ready to help everyone. Even the maintenance crew were very nice n help us with the washing machines. Will stay again.
