« Most outstanding well equipped property. The best »

« Was a little confusing as to the exact address (unit number) and once we got a hold of the host we were able to find the condo. Quiet comfortable condo. Could have had some extras as in dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and perhaps an electric kettle but made due. Host provided us with a bottle of champagne and several treats so this was a bonus. »

« Nice condo, nice area, safe area, convenient to shops, stores, gated condo, Amy easy to work with. Pool, hot tub. We enjoyed stay. »

« The only thing that was wrong with the place was the thermostat did not have instructions and could not get the A/C running! »

« The apartment was clean and well thought out. Lots of room especially in the master bedroom. I loved the stove hood because it was correct - vented OUTSIDE. Newer appointments in all of the rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and including the pull out in the living room probably more comfortable for 6 people max. Good location if you're going to be in Chandler & Gilbert. Quiet neighboorhood. Security with the electronic doorlatch was great....

« Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Didn’t use the pool but everything laid out very nice. Had a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were cozy. I recommend checking in when it light outside a little difficult to see the unit number. Great stay. »

« Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend. »

« We enjoyed our stay at The Cays in Downtown Ocotillo. The property is conveniently located and well maintained. The pool area is lovely. Since we were there in January and February, we especially enjoyed the multiple firepits. The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We plan to stay again next year! »

« The condo was perfect for our purposes. The location was ideal as we had friends that lived very close. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it. »

« This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at The Cays was exactly as advertised. Upon entering it was clear that Doug and Mary went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Extremely clean, bright and relaxing. The balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a pond and water feature within eye shot provided a great outdoor spot to read a book or enjoy a conversation. « All contact with checking in excellent. I will speak about the house whole. Seriously. Patio chairs absolutely need to be replaced. Living room the couch needs to be cleaned. The rug under the coffee table is filthy. We demanded new bathroom rugs. The sheets did not fit. One set had organic stains. We requested new frying pans. We like this condo complex. Unit 323 is in absolutely need of updating »

« The stay was not that great. The water pressure was terrible, there were roaches (which I can't stand!) and while I was doing laundry the electronic door lock messed up and I couldn't get into the room for an hour with all of my belongings inside. »

« This beautiful home was perfecr for a large gathering of friends and family for our daughter’s wedding. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the plates, cups, utensils and cookware we needed.
