Modern updated bathrooms with great water pressure. Great location as it is close to bars/restaurants and easily walkable.
Breakfast offered was average.
They did offer on-site parking which was amazing.
This room was not of four star quality.
There were no robes, no shampoo or conditioner supplied and the room was very basic and room not soundproof at all. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not up to standard.
The restaurant and service was fantastic and location was great to visit domaines in the area.
Great Hospitality!
welcoming staff and good will to assist at any time and request...

OK, no more
the room and (small) bathroom had been renovated a couple of years ago, but the rest of the hotel (carpets, walls, terrace) definitely need an update. Good on-site parking, though that space would make a nice garden otherwise!
Positive: looks great & good location / bed comfy / clean
Negatives: person in charge was very officious & uncompromising/ bar closed On Wednesdays /creaky floor in bedroom. Unfortunately the restaurant we had to use (Wednesday) had the same person in charge who made our visit very uncomfortable.
We haven’t been in a hotel so beautiful and so chic in a long time. Breakfast in the patio was so relaxing and the dining experience was super. Not only was the service good but the food, too.
We used the spa,too and those young girls are so professional.
Hostellerie des Clos is a nice hotel in walking distance to many wine tasting places if you are there for that. We just had an overnight stay while travelling. The rooms are large and nicely equipped. I understand some rooms have been renovated. Ours was not. The restaurant in the hotel is superb. We had one of our best meals there while travelling to many places.
The check-in involved quite a wait and many people were waiting to check-in. However, the lady at the front desk was alone and the people before us had issues so it was really not her fault. Eventually a second person started checking people in and it moved quickly after that.
Hostellierie des clos was very nice. The breakfast was very good and great location. The only thing I noticed was a bit of smell in the lobby area outside our room. However, we are in the winery area so a musty smell might be expected. Service was great and room very clean and comfortable
The room was good for our needs but I felt a little overpriced for what it was. The reception staff were not overly friendly and at check out they tried to charge for meals that we did not have.

Fabulous Chablis
A lovely two days in Chablis on our way to the Loire Valley. Wine tasting and wandering the streets of Chablis !
Booked from the car driving back to Britain. What a great find! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Arrived too late for the resteraunt but happy with a cheese plate and 2 glasses of Premier Cru. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was impressive and enjoyable, not to be missed. We got great advice as to where to go in town (Jean Brocard) to source some reasonable wine and that became another great experience in itself. We were struck by how friendly and welcoming everyone was in this lovely French town.

Right in the middle of Chablis
The food was good. Very close for wine tasting in the village
I did not like my suite at all: bedroom on the second floor but bathroom on the main with steep wooden staircase. Hotel trying to be french provincial style but without substance and with very cheap finishings!
It is not worth the money at all!
My colleague and I were in town for a quick business trip. Fantastic location within walking distance to wineries and great dining.
Very quiet and peaceful place.
Highly recommend it.
Very nice hotel, great service.
A beautiful court yard overgrown with lush vines is a big plus in summertime.
We had breakfast there and a bottle of wine on one evening.
I only wish that the staff would take as much care of the court yard as they do for the cleanliness of both the inside restaurant and the rooms.
Great central location; next William Fevre (a must visit) and close to the town centre.
A short walk to the eBikes to tour the region and the wineries.
Hotel is very nice, though our room was tired and in need of a refurb.
New spa opens in May 17.
Great value stay all in all.
