"Kyle was very friendly & helpful since we were late arriving. Our room was super clean & the Inn was very quiet & comfortable. We will definitely be back & highly recommend Davis House Inn. Our only suggestion would be there needs to be a door of some type going into the sink area to prevent the lights bothering those who may still be sleeping. Other than that, this place was great!"

"This was a cute little condo right on the Daytona Beach strip where there were tons of restaurants and even a little carnival/fair situation. The location was prime, but also quiet if you just wanted to enjoy the condo and the beach. The condo itself came equipped with everything you needed to be comfortable for your stay. Would definitely recommend."

"This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed for a quick trip. It was beautifully updated and had everything you needed. The property manager/owner was SO flexible and extremely responsive. The access to the beach was super close! I also walked to Flagler everyday. It was the perfect location. I will definitely come back and stay anytime I come into town for long weekends! I highly recommend ❤️"

"The pool was lovely, as were the views. The unit was a bit smaller than I expected, and the stairs - while doable for me - were not ideal. A younger person would be fine. Also, bring kleenex, soap and paper towels. There's shower gel, but no soap. Coffeemaker is a Kuereg, so don't buy coffee and filters. The owner was lovely; the setting is gorgeous. Overall, it was very nice."

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."

"First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...

"If I have any suggestions at all, it would be update the main bathroom toilet as it sits a little low and it was wobbling. The couch also could be updated as it sunk way down. Otherwise I love the people at the front desk, super friendly and kind. The facility was clean and enjoyed the pool. I still give it a 5 because I wasn’t there to sit on the couch anyway. "
