"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again."

"We had a nice stay at The Cottage! The property is well maintained and is located in a nice neighborhood. The backyard space is very cozy and welcoming. The owners communicated with us exceptionally well and helped us with re-booking our stay due to bad weather circumstances. We truly appreciate their kindness, and we were able to have a nice visit with family!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The home felt super inviting and the location was great. Our only complaint is that the shower head really needs to be fixed. The water pressure is non existent and the hanging shower head is very poorly suspended so it moves around while trying to shower. Other than that it’s a great little spot!"

"This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!"
