The hotel is newer and smelled like new upon arrival! The front staff two ladies were SO sweet and friendly! They made our arrival so pleasant. Our room was clean, but bathroom needed just some minor maintenance. Overall, this was a great stay and we would stay here again!

We came down to explore the caves. This hotel was beautiful! And they honestly had the best beds and pillows that I've ever slept on! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We made a reservation through Expedia and the hotel said that it had been cancelled but could not tell me who cancelled it. Obviously, I hadn't cancelled it nor had Expedia as I received an email from Expedia reminding me of my upcoming stay. However, for full price, Hampton was willing to let me stay but would NOT honor Expedia price. Thankfully, the rep from Expedia was extremely helpful and found us another hotel in the same area for our original price. Also, there were 2 families still awaiting rooms at 5:00 (check in was at 3:00) as their rooms were not ready. Glad we stayed somewhere else.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, close to Mammoth caves, and easy access from the freeway. They had a rollaway bed, which was perfect for my youngest. Hot breakfast was a nice bonus!

No enough trash cans in the room - 2 small ones were not enough. Couldn’t get a room with 2 king size beds. Good luck if you’re a vegetarian and want food in the area.

It was a decent place to stay and they offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate when u walked in... pool was very basic, the pillows flattened, and the breakfast was the worst i had at any hotel. Tv was only a 32". Rooms were clean.
