Our accomodation is not a hotel or an apartment, but a GuestHouse with different design rooms varying in size from 24 to 40 square meters and furnished in detail, all with en-suite bathrooms, along with corridors, a common lounge area and a reception open 24 hours a day. Your home in the heart of town has been cleverly designed to give you everything you need. Sumptuous beds, high-quality linen, en suite shower room, an HDTV. With complimentary toiletries, plenty of hanging space. Individual controlled air-conditioning. Free wifi, of course. Warm regards

Nous tenons à souligner que la femme de ménage n'a pas fait la chambre un seul jour parce que vous n'avez pas quitté la chambre, je voudrais ajouter que vous avez laissé la chambre trop sale, nous vous avons dit qu'il était interdit de fumer dans la chambre et au lieu de cela vous avez continué à fumer la même, pour cette raison nous avons dû mettre la chambre hors service pendant 2 jours et peindre les murs. La chaudière s'est verrouillée pendant 5 minutes. Bien à vous

Riguardo la via secondaria (vicolo tipico siciliano e caratteristico), tutti i palazzi d'epoca stanno facendo le facciate, magari le impalcature non fanno fare bella figura ai nostri palazzi d'epoca. Cogliamo l'occasione per ricordare ai futuri ospiti che la struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, proprio nel cuore del Centro Storico di Catania, a soli pochi metri da Piazza del Duomo. It is well furnished from the single until the four-bed room and it was studied to welcome all type of leisure and business travellers. WiFi is availablein all areas and is free of charge. Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges are applicable. 24-hour front desk, Luggage storage, Babysitting/child services, Laundry, Ironing service, Currency exchange, Concierge service, Non-smoking rooms, Facilities for disabled guests. Gentile Ospite, la camera all’arrivo era disponibile visto che lei ha lasciato anche i bagagli, durante la pulizia della camera ci siamo accorti di un problema tecnico che non poteva essere risolto nell’immediato considerando che di sabato pomeriggio nessun tecnico era disponibile. Abbiamo ritenuto opportuno ricollocarla in una struttura di nuova apertura affianco alla nostra, lei ha accettato non facendo alcuna obiezione, quindi non si può parlare di esperienza disastrosa. Riguardo il risarcimento noi abbiamo anche pagato la differenza sulla tariffa alla struttura che l’ha ospitatata. Cordialmente

Chère Jacky, nous n'avons pas de place de parking, à Catane il est facile de se garer, nous vous recommandons un parking sécurisé mais vous ne vouliez pas vous garer dans cet endroit. Vous avez stationné dans la ligne blu où vous devez acheter le ticket plutôt que vous n'avez pas. Ce n'est pas notre faute. La nostra offerta dolciaria a colazione è davvero ampia: raviola alla ricotta, cornetto ripieno in vari gusti, graffa, Iris, (una brioche fritta e riempita di crema bianca o crema di cioccolato). Come dice un nostro Ospite abituale, "molto catanese". Tutti prodotti freschi, provenienti da un noto laboratorio di pasticceria di Catania. La nostra Offerta sulla colazione prevede: - Spremute d’arancia, centrifughe e succhi di frutta. - Frutta fresca: ananas, pere, arance, melone. - Yogurt: intero, magro, alla frutta. - Cereali: corn flakes, muesli alla frutta, choco bitz, frutta secca mista. - Pomodori, prosciutto cotto, bresaola, salame, coppa. - Uova strapazzate, bacon, uova sode. - Formaggi assortiti: Edamer, formaggini. - Pane bianco, integrale, ai cereali, fette biscottate. - Torte, crostate, Plum-cake. - Confetture: fragole, ciliegie, mirtilli, albicocche, lamponi, frutti di bosco, ribes nero, Nutella, miele, burro. - Bevande: Espresso, caffè americano, decaffeinato, cappuccino, cioccolata calda, tè, latte intero, latte di soia, acqua naturale o frizzante . Wir entschuldigen uns für die unbequem: Es gibt keine Worte zu rechtfertigen, was mit der Buchung aufgetreten. Am Tag Ihrer Ankunft entdeckten wir die Überbuchung , weil die Reservierung in unserem Hotel-Software geladen wurde die falsche Ankunft Tag, aber an diesem Tag waren wir schon voll. Wir haben uns sofort ein Zimmer für Sie in einem anderen 3-Sterne-Hotel, das nur über den Platz gefunden (gleiche Lage und gleichen Standard). Wir dachten auch Sie eine Flasche Mineralwasser Sekt auf dem Zimmer für die Mühe traurig zu sein nur während Ihres stayand Sie eingeladen zum Frühstück in unserem Hotel. Bitte nehmen Sie wieder unsere entschuldigen und hoffen, dass Sie auch in Zukunft die Möglichkeit zu bieten, zu bleiben wieder mit uns.

This is the first time we read dusty room, as you said we clean the room every day and we use vacuum cleaner ,regarding the breakfast , the waiter said, you came to the breakfast room very late to have it, we have 5 types of croissant, ecc. I'm very sorry but all of the staff are good at english, giving they are graduated in foreign language all the staff reported me that your accent was very hard to understand. No creemos que el Sr. Daniele encargado del desayuno era desagradable, persona entrenada y respetado por todos nuestros clientes. Por lo tanto no consideramos su juicio sobre la persona. El desayuno es típico italiano (aprrezzata por muchos huéspedes) croissants pistacho, nutella, etc, ofreciendo productos locales, como en hoteles españoles. Le dijimos si avetavte necesita diferente para el desayuno, pero usted dijo que era muy bueno. Lo sentimos leer todo lo contrario Saludos cordiales
