"We had a wonderful stay in fantastic Cat Island. Cats Cove is a beautiful and very well set out villa. The owner puts mucht tought into detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The manager Debbi is very helpful and a fantastic cook. Definitely would love to come back to this beautiful place."

"Simply paradise. Exactly what we've been looking for. Quiet, peaceful, remote and a beautiful home. It is listed as a UFO Hot spot? I figured it was just a creative promotion. With all of the UFOs in the news lately and the fact that it is in the Bermuda Triangle, I figure what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I sat out a few evenings and witnessed quite the show. If these are man made, it's beyond my comprehension. I don't know how to describe it, other than you have to see for yourself. We are not alone! Jesse H."

"Beautiful property and a host and manager who ensured we had what we needed. Truly, if you wish to see some of the best of the Bahamas and few people; just amazing natural wonder, book it. Few conveniences (restaurants and such), but the seclusion, peace and beauty are worth it."

"We loved the seclusion and privacy of this property. The house is well maintained and updated. Beautiful beach with good snorkeling. Appreciated the water cooler and high-end appliances. Enjoyed dinners at Hidden Treasures and Greenwood Resort. Everyone on the island was kind and helpful. We rented a car through Alvernia and it was a positive experience. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have the air conditioning. Raj was always responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and found a nearby cave that was fun to explore. Saw lots of turtles, rays, and beautiful fish while snorkeling. We hope to return!"

"When I tell you that this is paradise. Believe me! There is not one view that will disappoint. The house was perfect and everything we needed was provided. Harrison the caretaker is a gem and was so attentive to our needs and questions. The owner,Stephanie sent very detailed instructions and information before we left making our visit stress free.We flew to Ft.Lauderdale and took Markers Air to Cat Island. We rented our car from Gilbert’s and shopped at their market almost everyday. We drove from the south end to the north end and visited many places in between. It is a magical place and we have plans to return next year. Please don’t pass up on this place because of extra travel to get there. It is worth it! If I could give it 100 stars, I would."

"We spent 7 days at the Kiki house and absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for me and my husband and our two teenage daughters. Plenty of space, and I really appreciated having a washer/dryer, so that we didn’t have to pack as much clothing. We spent time on back deck/patio every day… gorgeous view of the water! The location was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the fact that we had a pristine beach with incredible reefs only steps from our back door was amazing!! Things we saw in the water off our beach: nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, a sea turtle, and hundreds upon hundreds of different types of fish. It was an incredible experience. ❤️"
