Booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the cruise port. I phoned the hotel and was told there was a cruise shuttle. When we checked in we were told that the hotel does not offer a shuttle to the cruise port snd to book Uber or Lyft?

The property is in the middle of nowhere and doesn’t provide shuttle for guests.we stayed 2 nights in a suite priced way too high for the amenities. Upon arrival we realized there was no shower gel in the bottle in the bathroom. When calling at 4pm to get it refilled, they told us that the storage room was closed à this time so we would have to wait until the next day (they gave us extra bar of soaps to compensate). The next day we had an event and left at 8am and we made sure the “do not disturb” sign was removed so they could service our room. When coming back around 6:30pm, we realized that housekeeping hadn’t come to service the room. When calling the front desk, they were only able to give fresh towels, but no one made our bed or clean the bathroom. This is not acceptable when you charge your customers over $600 a night. We had been coming every year for the rugby event and this is the last time we will be using this hotel.

We wanted a hotel near the Dignity Health Sports Complex and this Hilton hotel was a wonderful choice. There is a Starbucks nearby, the restaurant inside the hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of the building was great however the customer service was not. For the amount that these rooms go for it was not worth the price. The shower in the bathroom had flooded the bathroom floor into the hallway. Front desk was of course notified and all they did was clean up the water and then lock us out of the bathroom. Arrived at the property and was greeted by the front desk staff “Angie” She was very attentive and friendly. Made me feel welcomed. Fast check in process and the room was very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few who seemed annoyed when we would ask any questions. The bathroom in the standard 2 queen bed room was so small and the shower floor was weirdly bouncy/felt unstable. At the end, we were charged a parking fee which we believed was included since it was never mentioned upon arrival. Overall, not terrible but not great.

I am extremely disappointed after reviewing such great reviews of this hotel. It is very misleading. We arrived in the evening after a long drive and as soon as we entered the property the lobby smelled like vomit. The next morning it smelled fine so I’m assuming there was an accident, but nobody to clean it up. I brought my 11 month old daughter with me and always choose to stay at Doubletree because it is a solid choice usually. I get up to the room, and everything seemed fine but the room was so dusty and only had one towel. I was too exhausted to worry about anything so I just put my daughter to sleep and got ready for bed. At midnight, the entire room suddenly started to smell so strongly of incense burning, and I kept hearing the a neighbor go in and out of the room. It was so late and again I was so exhausted and over this place I wanted to sleep. I have asthma and so thankfully I brought my inhaler with me because I had an allergic reaction to the incense. First thing in the morning I call the front desk and nobody answers. Then I call Hotels.com. The hotel didnt give me ANY thing, not even an offer to change floors or rooms. Hotels.com was nice enough to give me a $50 credit. I ended up checking out early and losing $500 on terrible customer service, not holding other guests accountable, and just a terrible property overall.

I booked a junior king suite. Around 4:30pm I showed up with my little girl for only two of us. The front desk told me they booked me by mistake. There was no room for me and my little girl to stay there. 😡

The front desk agent is rude and call my wife a liar And there was an incident happened around 3:45 pm We just check in and we were taking nap and relaxing All of the sudden the housekeeping dont Even bother to knock the door just walk in and me and my wife were shocked we thought there was somene trying to steal something !!! And another incident I went down stair the front desk lady was rude , don’t make eye contact and don’t even smile just plain nasty attitude and she should be fired and one of my wife friend room Next door was very noisy and she can’t sleep and I won’t stay at the double Hilton after these bad experiences.
