We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"It’s definitely a bit of a trek from the bus/taxi drop off and not for the faint of heart, but the property will pick you up and drop you off when requested. Busses are a little unreliable and taxis are a little pricey, but plan for extra time if you can and use the bus unless you have a lot of luggage. Luigi and Anastasia are great hosts.
