“What a fantastic place”
What a great surprise, we'd heard that Cape Cod was beautiful but weren't prepared for how much. The hotel was fantastic , clean , helpful staff , kids enjoyed the pool and being next to the shopping mall was heaven! Will certainly go back to this area again. It was so handy for seeing the whole area. Loved it can't wait for next year.

“Warm Place in Cape Cod”
Rooms were very nice, comfortable, and warm! We came in a very cold time of the year. The lobby was warm and inviting.
“Convenience Plus”
There is a lot to do without ever using your car: two malls,Christmas Tree Shoppe and plenty of menu options within walking distance. The availability of hot drinks, 24 hours a day, including "hot cider" is a major plus! The people that work there are friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The interior and grounds are maintained excellently!
“It's fine”
It's a good hotel room. I'm fussier than most. It's typical. I usually like to stay at Marriots, nicer Sheraton's, etc. They're pretty standard with the variables being service and cleanliness. This hotel is good-I've never had any problems and have stayed there 15-20 times.
“This Hotel is ok”
This hotel is ok. The location isn't great -- very busy near the Cape Cod Mall - but the rooms were decent and clean. It's close to many restaurants and easy to find.
“Nice hotel”
The hotel was fine; the only thing I did not like was the fact that the room assigned was right across from the ice and vending machines, even though the hotel was not crowded (off season). The indoor pool was a plus, although the room was extremely warm.

Very glacial welcome at the front desk; the bed was not as comfortable as most are in better hotels; doors do not cut enough the noise.
“Nice hotel not a great location”
The hotel staff was good as well as the overall condition. The location was lacking as it is in a very developed section of Hyannis right next store to a large shopping mall. Being that we were in the Cape I would have like something closer to the water or one of the charming towns.
