Fantastic hotel in great location
Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy. Room was spacious, modern and clean, plenty of room for a family of three. Good little kitchen area which is well stocked. All in an all a great hotel for the price.

Ponent Mar is a great deal. It has an elegant beachy vibe without being over the top. And the location can't be beat, with gorgeous views of Palmanova and the Mediterranean, but located on the quiet side of the beach. Definitely get the breakfast! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We love having the facilities to make meals if we want to. The facilities are great and the place is clean. Staff are very friendly. It was quite quiet given the end of the school holiday period. It was disappointing that some guests chose to provide loud music in sunbathing areas forcing their musical choice on the other guests. I do feel that we could have benefitted from a bit more information about the hotel activities and facilities available on our room as the QR code only provided info on menus.

Everything was excellent. Nice quiet family hotel. Pool was great. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular. My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything. The kids didn't or couldn't eat them. But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale. Wished there was a little more entertainment at night but overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely visit again.
