Had a very accommodating receptionist. The room is so clean and cozy. The best part is it is so close to restaurants, small mall strip, gas station and the main highway. RCMP station is just beside it, so it is really safe to stay.

The only comment would be that being on the ground floor you can hear the guests upstairs walking around but that is minor. Another minor comment is that the weather stripping around doors should be replaced or upgraded. When the door was closed you could see the light from the outside between the door and door jam. Not a huge issue in summer but in winter it could be chilly.

The location is excellent for our travel plans. Being just off #1 highway in Strathmore AB is perfect for us. Plus breakfast included in the morning makes for an early start to our travel day. So convenient we decided to come back for a second time.

This was a quick stop-in during a long road trip. The price was fair and reflected the utilitarian accommodation: nothing fancy, but functional. Unfortunately the suite had been deodorized with something too strong, which set off my allergies. We opened the window to air it out while we went for supper, and it wasn’t as bad after a few hours, but still enough to cause a headache. Hotel operators need to be mindful of clients with scent-sensitivities when selecting their cleaning products - PLEASE! I would stay there again, but would ask to be moved if the odours were too strong.

Easy access, good price, quiet rooms. Shower rod was installed wrong, so curtain didn't close properly, and there was some condensation marks on the bathroom wall. We stay here when we go to Strathmore for events, as it is a great price and the rooms are spacious and clean.

My only complaint was being in the one room on the main floor next to an exit with the loudest banging door. I tried the door myself, and it was possible to close it quietly, but no one (not sure if it was the staff or guests) chose this option. Do not stay in room 100 unless you have no other option or unless you want to be startled awake several times in the early mornings. The location and all else were great.

The main area of the room was clean, but the bathroom needed some TLC . All the walls were very dirty! Brown/black stains on walls - it kind turned me off potentially staying again.

It's a good location near Calgary at a reasonable price (book through Canadian websites to save a frightening extra cost in US dollars). It's the kind of place that attracts folks for hockey tournaments and the like, so it's sometimes noisy until after midnight. Also, there appears to be a preponderance of diesel trucks warming up early in the morning so there may be a Cummins or Power Stroke rattling outside your window at 4 am. The staff are polite and helpful but don't expect much help with trying to silence noisy guests.

I found the hotel surprisingly quiet despite location and how full it was. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in my opinion but with food sensitivities it is challenging most places. Room was very clean and comfortable.
