The property was good. Needs a few upgrades but otherwise good. The staff was absolutely amazing! We stayed on the club floor and I cannot say enough good things about the club room and staff. The cleaning staff was awesome as well. The pool was not clean one day so we let the staff know and it was cleaned immediately. The gym was adequate for us. The surrounding area was also lovely with the restaurants and park near by. We will definitely be back.

I liked the ambience, quietness and amenities. I would have hoped that I dont have to pay for bottled water in the room. It would have been better if the cost of water is embedded into the cost if the room, but not advertized as $4/bottle. Thay really disgusted me to see that I have to spend to get water when in so many other hotels, its complimentary.

Loved our stay here. The pool was a hit with the kids. Lots of restaurants right near. Super cute park as well. Very close to the zoo. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. However we stayed in the 3rd floor in a suite and the noise from the pool was unbelievable. Screaming and yelling and it is open until 11pm at night. We were offered a room change but by the time we realized how noisy it was our small children were already in bed. We asked for a discount which was not offered. Ask for a room away from the pool!

Location is great, right in eau claire so thats ncie. View was great from a corner room and nice and quiet. They were so sweet to leave a slice of cake and a note for my friends birthday, that extra step was really nice. Mini fridges are stocked with a variety of things. Staff were all super friendly, including valet. Only issue was some sort of leak from somthing in the room cause the carpet to be damp, and worsen overnight. I let the front desk know upon leaving and they seemed attentive to deal with it and apologized. But honestly the stay was great otherwise so no big deal.

Nice location by the riverwalk. Could add a few more coffee amenities in the room. I am not a fan of pay minibars and wasn't sure if the bottled water in the bathroom was free or a paying item.

The pool was a huge disappointment, tiny s d poorly maintained. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast sucks, slow and not really kid friendly. For the price I excepted way more from this hptel. And after paying 350 room we had to pay 50 for parking… just ridiculous

Good location, expensive for the unsafe swimming practices that was occuring. Over 50 kids in the pool, it was my sons bday, wanted him to enjoy the pool and slide but was unable to due to amount of kids unattended in the pool that came down on my son several times. Left early.

This is a good hotel for stay in one night, staff were very friendly and hotel room was very good. My kids enjoyed the swimming poor very much. We’ll stay again if we travel to Calgary in the future.

Overall Condition is fantastic! Facilities like pool workout room and onsite dining are all great! In building parking is only available to valet this is only negative as it clogs up the entrance and is a bit pricey

You either have to pay for parking in the lot across the street and get up at 6AM to extend it or pay $45 to pay for a valet to park your car in the hotel's lot. Keep in mind that Calgary has one of the highest parking rates in North America,so really inconvenient.
