The room was good with kitchenette. Good to see a coin laundry in the hotel which was really helpful. Breakfast was simple and nice. The pool area was dirty. Good location for Calgary stampede.

The lightening could be much better - it felt dark and gloomy. I also got a room with a view of the parking lot so not very pleasant. Breakfast could be better. Bed was comfortable though.

I liked the size of the king room. I like th position of the room with minimal disruption from other guests . I liked the ease to get to the parkade. Parkade was a little dusty. Overall I still love Homewood and will use it again and again

Excellent service and amenities. Loved the complementary breakfast although food could have been warmer. Liked their outdoor areas for smokers. Wonderful new public Library across the street to visit. Great location. Although homelessness very apparent.

Staff was very helpful. We could park under the hotel, which we liked very much. In the parking area was a gentleman from security who asked if we needed any help. We were fine, we told him. Once we were waiting for the elevator to come, he came again and explained to us which one we had to take and helped us choose the right level. This was much appreciated as this wasn't written on any signs there. Maybe something the staff should consider? I don't know an answer to the question about the area around the property as our room is in the back. I did not see anything there that was reason for concern. I have not been in the front, so decided to not answer this question.

Suite was nice, and quiet and requested. Breakfast was good...use paid parking as lots of sketchy people outsidenof back of hotel. Overall stay was great, close to everything.

The hotel was great. Lots of room. The full kitchen and separate room for beds is so great when traveling with kids. Staff were great. The area can feel a little uneasy with the homeless around, but other than that everything was great. Good central location for just about anything in Calgary.

The staff were amazing but the room felt dirty the appliance were not clean and it needs a paint job and the corners of the room and bathroom cleaned out.

This downtown location was perfect for our stay. We had a nice stay in the Suite side and were just a 10 minute walk from the Saddledome and close to all convenience stores. The staff were amazing, pool and gym were clean and fun. Definitely staying there for our next family hockey game adventure!

Suites are very spacious and clean, staff was excellent and very friendly. We booked with breakfast included and it was a basic continental breakfast which satisfied us. Only complaint is the lightning in the bathroom is too dim. We will definitely be back to this property!

The building was dirty and felt unsafe with all the crime around the hotel. We also had a terrifying experience when on of the guests was assaulting his wife and children in the hall. There was a serious assault right outside our door. My child inside the room was shaking and afraid of the screaming and swearing and by all the blood left in the hall. Too top it off.. the room was very dirty and had poor lighting.

Is close to a salvation army so there were several unhoused persons in the area that some may find scary or feel unsafe. Inside was wonderful. Right next to the train as well as within walking distance to great buildings and sites .

Super clean, friendly and accommodating staff, walking distance to the saddledome where we went for a concert, approximately 10 minutes. Our room had a kitchenette and so it would be great for someone working away from home. Full size fridge, cook top and cookware. Would definitely stay there again :)

Great stay
We had a great stay if I had anything to say the only problem would have been the toilet in our room stayed running quite awhile after flushing also breakfast wasn’t the best no waffles or fresh food and most tables were dirty from other guests, really minor details the place is great other then that and the homeless wasn’t that bad lots of security so very safe
