The hotel has been closed down for over a year and Expedia did not update their system. Over a year!!! We arrived after a long flight with two young kids only to find out there is no place to stay. And there was a summer long weekend on top of everything. The Expedia virtual chat is a joke.
Would be nice if there were a microwave and fridge in the rooms

Absolutely loved our stay. The beds were comfy, facilities quiet, and the breakfast good. They even had smoothies and a nice green juice. We would definitely stay here again.

I was checked into a room that was already given to somebody else. I had booked a room with 2 queen , for my daughter and myself. I was then placed into a wheel chair accessible room with 1 king bed. The smoke detector then started beeping due to low battery and we had to be moved to another room. 3 rooms in one night. Very disappointed

I enjoyed having coffee and tea available 24/7. Having insomnia gave me something to drink and a nice place to sit so as not to disturb others.

I stay in many hotels and I was thoroughly impressed with this location. Location is great, the 1 bedroom king suites are very large and well laid out. The continental breakfast was great with good options, even a smoothie and juice bar. Loved the ease of checkin and out on the app as well as digital key. Only issue I had is the pull out sofa bed was just so springy and no padding at all. One of the worst sofa bed mattresses I've seen bit everything else was great.

It is near the dog park, a big plus. Well kept property, the staff was busy with keeping it nice, and they all smiled and said hello when approached.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and I would recommend it. I was only saddened and disappointed when I explained my mom had died and I needed to stay a bit longer in my room. They said the latest I could check out is two but they had no sort of compassion later check out or anything like that. Fine, but then don’t tell me that you have to get the rooms ready and that they are booked up and then offer me to purchase another night. How insensitive.

Although I'm not familiar with your specific case, but perhaps the room you were in could have been requested by an incoming guest, therefor we could offer you another room of the same type just not the exact room you were in. In the future feel free to call ahead of your arrival and we can make arrangements for a late check out. So sorry for your loss.
It was great hotel. Located in good location where everything is available. They good options for breakfast. We loved our stay. Definitely coming back.

Costco next door, what more could you ask for.

They had an awesome continental breakfast in the morning, with lots of options to eat. The rooms were clean. The only negative review would be that the front desk was understaffed and you usually had to wait for service. Also our hotel keys for our room stopped working so we had to go get new ones after the first night.

The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was good, but one day they made pork omlet and it was the only option that we had for omlet so my kid couldn't eat anything, because he only eats plain omlet for breakfast!

It was a great experience! The room was very clean, the pool and gym were clean and enjoyable. We were able to take our dog to the dog park which is directly beside the hotel! The staff was very friendly and the food was great! You can’t go wrong by staying here! We will definitely be returning!

Honestly, I came here because Holiday Inn next door was booked up. I missed having a fridge and the hot tub was marked as broken in some kind of way (I know these things happen though.) I came during the stampede so I was glad to get anything decent close to the Airdrie area (which I needed.) Staff and breakfast was great and appreciated!

Thank you for staying with us, we did have some hot tub issues, but they are all resolved!! We hope you can come back and we can wow you this time!! You can always call ahead or add to your reservation that you would like a fridge/microwave in your room. Not all our rooms come with the fridges and microwaves in them, but the King Studio's do, if you do book again!!
